I need help now

Unfortunately I do not provide a crisis or support service in between therapy sessions but here is a list of services that you can contact.

In Crisis

If you feel you are experiencing a serious mental health crisis then it is important that you get urgent support contacting one of the support numbers below. Failing that your GP is the best place to start inside working hours or outside of working hours it’s 111 option 2 in the UK. If you have tried this and nothing else is working then please visit your local A & E/Emergency Department. If you are not able to get there then please call 999.
