Unfortunately I do not provide a crisis or support service in between therapy sessions but here is a list of services that you can contact.
If you feel you are experiencing a serious mental health crisis then it is important that you get urgent support. You GP is the best place to start inside working hours or your local A & E/Emergency Department outside of these hours. If you are not able to get there then please call 999.
