We all struggle with life’s difficulties, past or present, so my aim is to provide you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore, discover, grow or recover.

If you answered yes to any of the questions above then welcome to your humanity. None of us are immune to the suffering or difficulties that life can bring and I am no exception to that. We are not always prepared for change especially when it takes us by surprise through losing our job, a loved one or experiencing/witnessing abuse or a traumatic event. It can leave us feeling unable to cope, like we are falling apart or like nothing makes sense anymore. However you feel you just remember you are doing the best you can and it’s ok to fall apart for a while in the onset of suffering.  However, if after a while if you are still struggling or feel stuck then it may help to talk through your experiences with someone like myself.

As an integrative counsellor I do not subscribe to a “one size fits all” modality as we have all come to where we are from different backgrounds, cultures and experiences which have moulded us into our own unique self. Sometimes the self becomes disrupted through life’s difficulties or individual or sustained trauma and we can feel less whole as a result, fragmented even. Counselling has the potential to help and guide you back to feeling yourself, helping you to understand and find meaning with your experiences and assist you in developing new coping strategies that encourage growth and a more content way of living. I believe we all have the capacity for growth, change, compassion and recovery.

Face to face appointments are based just outside the city and are inline with current Covid guidance.

Book a zoom session for face to face counselling from the comfort of your home.

Telephone call

Telephone counselling can be helpful to those who struggle face to face or have limited access for the internet.

We can conduct your session on a secure instant messaging platform with a couple of options.
