Trauma can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, others and the world around us. My aim is to provide you a safe space to explore, discover, grow and recover.

If you’re struggling with the lasting effects of trauma, you may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Trauma can impact the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us, making it difficult to trust, feel safe, or experience happiness again. As a traumatologist and relational integrative therapist, I offer a safe, nurturing space where you can explore, process, and heal from your experiences while reconnecting with your inner resources.
My own journey through trauma has given me deep insight into the complexities of healing. I understand how trauma can shape thoughts, emotions, and behaviours—but I also know that recovery is possible.
I specialise in working with adults and young people (ages 9-18) who have been diagnosed with PTSD, Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), or who are struggling with trauma symptoms. My therapy sessions are tailored to meet you where you are at—with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based trauma treatments. Together, we will work toward reclaiming the parts of yourself that may feel lost, broken, unheard, or disconnected.
Trauma therapy can help get you back to feeling yourself, help you learn to cope with difficult emotions, relationship issues and help to process your trauma memories so you don’t keep reliving them.
